I would like to personally thank the Board of Barbers and Cosmetologist for the addition of these 2 programs for Barbering. It was very difficult to watch graduating students become limited so rapidly as to what they could and could not do as a licensed professional. We have male and female barbers who desire to administer chemicals to their clients and it is good that they are now able to do so.
