CSB’s can bill $300 for completing screening for DD waiver wait list for those with DD only diagnosis. However we cannot charge for screening those with an ID diagnosis and not all need or want case management- some just want to be on wait list

.also it makes no sense if all one system why just DDCM reimbursement is less when same CM requirements
