I installed a 23.7kw solar panel system in 2016 on my barn and house.   My electric bills went down from $450/month to $40/month!  The electricity generated by those panels has saved an estimated 1015 TONS of C02 EMISSION into our atmosphere!   That's just MY SYSTEM!   I stongly encourage you to make the right decision and continue supporting the solar power industry through tax breaks and incentives.  It's valuable, economical, and excellent for the enviroment!    Climate change is real!   Do what you can to help us reduce our emissions!
