The social security number of every american has been so widely misused in every system in the country from D.M V. to the Health care system.I have thought about this problem many times and to me there is what I think a simple method to solve the problem.  Issue a pin number to all existing S.S.holders for their present number. That way if someone has stolen your Number or is using it somewhere else it well become void.                                                        R Frydrych
