Any shelter -- including PETA's so-called shelters -- must be accountable for its actions.  There must be transparency in all of their procedures and the public should be able to see their records in regards to intake, adoptions and euthanasias.  No shelter should be permitted to raise or accept any moneys without this information readily available to whomever wants to see it.
