As an advocate of no kill and rescuer of many animals of my own, there is no reason no kill can't work when effort and time is out into it as many municipal and other shelters do in a daily basis. Therefore is a law is required to compel "shelters" such as the one PETA runs to put no kill procedures in place to save peta that are perfectly health then municipalities should pass such laws. With effort (even if it is forced) homes CAN and SHOULD be found for rehomeable pets. The studies conducted and statistics from other areas prove it can be successfully done.
