WHERE THERE IS LIFE, THERE IS DEATH! Decisions have to be made daily inorder to do what is right for the animal. Hindering shelters to release information, free of charge will cause suffering not only to an animal who may need the help but the tax payer. Transparency is key in an organization, but this petition is not about the animals well being, its about punishing one organization for a mistake they admitted too. Unfortunately the shelters of Virginia will be punished too if this petition progresses.  I strongly OPPOSE the petition.
