The No Kill Advocacy Center is essentialy one man show. Winograd is located in California and runs his  so called advocacy behind a computer.  His business address is a PO Box. He has zero employees. All smoke and mirrors. A quick search on Google will verify, as well as his tax returns. Zero dollars go to promote-spay/neuter, or do anything remotely beneficial for animals. All his posts are filled with hate towards any of the major animal orgs, especially PeTA. This is nothing more than a personal vendetta.
