I support this petition, because I would like to know how shelters are treating animals in their custody.  I am horrified that I have made donations to PETA, which I now find out, has killed thousands of animals without even trying to find them homes.  Also, why do they have access to controlled substances without having to report their use & for what purpose?  How do we know if these drugs have found their way into the community?
