I'm asking you from the bottom of my heart to please pass this bill. I live in Norfolk and fully aware of how pathetic PETA is and operates it needs to stop. When you say you going to find homes for animals and your kill rate is 90% you are killing rather helping. This is unacceptable the animals they that in have no chance. Please help
