After growing up in this state and knowing how wonderful it truly is, it sickens me to know Virginia is letting this happen. The funds used by PETA to put down innocent young and old animals could go to re-home them, killing them isn't the "only option". I cannot believe this can and has gone on, it's infuriating. Most people who own pets consider them their children and you can see how euthanasia and unlawful and unjustified euthanasia at that is sickening on so many levels. Shut this down! Why should we pay into something that ONLY causes pain, PETA is an evil soulless corporation who do not do animals any good.
