The No Kill Advocacy Center is only one person in California who does not rescue, shelter, or care for any animals in California, Virginia, or anywhere else!    This will not help the animals in our shelters as it is redundant. Shelter workers time is better spent helping the animals not doing paperwork to appease the guy with a blog who does nothing to contribute to their care.
