Whether it is or is not an attack against at PETA is not the issue, it is matter of responsibility and full disclosure.  Virginia residents have a right to know tthat our public or private funds  are being used in the capacity we expect.  Support of private groups such as PETA especially need to be held to a higher level of responsibilty.
