Child Abuse and Neglect Investigations

I have concerns about child abuse and neglect investigations and family assessments to a child family when the child comes home with injuries from his or her school teacher and school staff and the police Officer at the school. The State should required all state and local Child Protective Services (CPS) to do a investigation when the child parents calls the Child Protective Services about their child being injured at school or at any other Public place in the community. This investigation is done with no school staff or any other community members that are involved in the case of abusing the child.

Schools and anyone in the community can call in a child abused of a child. But as it stands now, we as parents can not call the Child Protective Services (CPS) if their child is abused in the school or out in the community. This has happen to my family and after going all the way to the top person in the Office of the Child Protective Services (CPS) they did end up doing an investigation but it was the school staff and the Superintendent did the investigation. The school got by with abusing child. This is just not right! Now my child is having more problems in the school and at home.

We need to stop child abuse in our schools!!!
