The rules and regulations on our health care providers need to reflect evidence based medicine and not political ideology. The construction requirements are a clear attack on abortion providers and are not in the best interest of Virginian women. Abortion is a safe outpatient procedure and this is a thinly veiled attempt to put them out of business. I urge you to not allow the unethical influence of Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli to leave women in Virginia with out safe and necessary health care.
