In the elememtary school setting I see many families that are able to get by only with the help of these nurses. The 16 hours/ day112 hours/week should be allowed to be used over the week in whatever schedule works best to continue the work/health/education needs of the entire family as all members of the family are affected when  a child has a chronic condition.
