We Need More Than 56 hours per week and We Need Our Service Facilitators!!!

This amount of hours does not begin to cover the amount of hours needed to provide care for my adult disabled daughter.  It is a 24/7 job for all who are involved and invested in the best care for their disabled loved ones.

As for service facilitators, we desperately need them for our families.  They play a crucial role in our busy and complicated lives.  Please keep them in place so that families can have a moment to breathe.  We don’t need brokers.  We need human beings like our service facilitators because they know our families and loved ones that are disabled.  Step back and look at the NEED of the families and the disabled families members, and not the FINANCIAL point.  

Please rethink your actions and how these actions will greatly affect every disabled individual and their families.????????
