YOU have no idea how NEEDED service facilitators are for families with a disabled loved one. They are a crucial role in this very complicated life. Leave this role in place so families can have a minute to breathe & navigate. We DO NOT need brokers we need human beings like our facilitators that already know our families and loved ones that are disabled. To look at this from a financial stand point is a crime. Take a step back and look at the NEED of the families and disabled!

56 hours is the tip of the iceberg! That doesn’t even begin to cover the amount of hours that is needed to provide care!! This is a 24/7 endless job for EVERYONE or at least it should be if you were involved and saw what it takes. 

PLEASE rethink your actions as every family and disabled individual will be more than greatly affected!
