Virginia should not change to Brokers.  Service Facilitators are needed to continue for allowing people to stay in the community.  Concerned the move to Brokers will eliminate the ability to have communication in an effective and timely manner.  Some situations require immediate attention for the well-being of the consumer.

Please reconsider.
