I don’t agree with the proposal change to the hours that our kids needed . If I would to put him in the facilities for special needs , Medicaid have to pay them 24/7. The hours that was approved for our kids was based on on their support needed . 

Therefore I am opposing to all the changes that Medicaid proposed .
