Strong objection to proposed capping of care giver hours at 56 hours per week.

I am the sole care giver/attendant to my son who is autistic and just turned 31. He is non-verbal, incontinent and sometimes aggressive. He requires constant care and attention round the clock. He wakes up in the middle of the night and roams around the house in the dark, most times jumping up and down and screaming loudly. The current amount of time authorized is wholly inadequate and does not even come close to the time, effort and energy that goes into his day-to-day care and welfare. The notion of cutting back or capping authorized service hours is reprehensible and I strongly urge that it be reconsidered.

I am also opposed to the clock-in/clock-out requirement because it serves no useful purpose, in your opinion. Care for my son is a 24-7 undertaking and there no beginning and end of a shift.
