Capping the PA hours would negatively impact so many families. I am a single mother who cares for my disabled young one who over the years her health has declined and I had to leave my job. I have tried hiring additional help to obtain a part time job but that resulted in a health crisis for my daughter. I solely rely on the PA hours to financial help our family and with the cost of living already going up, cutting the PA hours would mean I would have to find another job to financially support us but risk my daughter’s health. Putting a mother like me in a difficult position…PLEASE DON’T CAP THE HOURS.
