I’m my daughter’s caregiver.  She has progressive MS.  As a live in caregiver, situations arise at any time, day or night, and clocking in or out during these situations is forgotten.  I realize you think this is non-compliant when the time is manually changed to stay within the guidelines you have set, but sometimes what we have to do as caregivers takes presidents.
