Please do not replace the service facilitation model.  The resources that we have had through VAIL (https://govail.org/) have been a critical support for understanding, navigating, troubleshooting, and advocating for the public services and resources available to our adult son with disabilities.

Our system is exceptionally complicated and sometimes different parts aren't even able to troubleshoot miscommunication or failed integrations.  VAIL has repeatedly helped us to solve problems to access services and resources and I strongly believe we should continue to support their role.
