this plan is self serving for VIMS, STANTEC and DEWBERRY to pass along taxpayer money  to themselves.  those writing the plans, shouldn't be able to compete and receive federal funds for projects, as we are already seeing with the Cedar island and Oyster projects.  Shame on the state for partnering with a Canadian engineering firm, rather than possess the capacity to act on behalf of the commonwealth's citizens.   The same people sounding the alarm, are getting paid to put out the fire.  if we are actually facing 3 feet by 2060, there isn't a single thing that the collective manpower on planet earth could do to stop it.
