I support this petition, I fish in the Maryland portion of the Chesapeake Bay for rockfish and this petition would help improve the menhaden fishery.  This would improve the rockfish population for all users of the bay (commercial and noncommercial).  Menhaden provide food for lots of other predators in the bay ecosystem
