End the overharvesting of menhaden by Omega Protein to support a healthy Chesapeake Bay ecosystem.  We need scientific data to manage fisheries, and we can't ignore this issue any longer.  The negative effects of overharvesting are many, with one being an obvious lack of Osprey reproduction.
