I do not support this petition.  Menhaden fishing in the Bay has been going on for over a century and the harvests are already regulated now to the lowest levels ever.  The menhaden stock is healthy and you can no more locally deplete menhaden from any given area than you can locally deplete crabs, cobia, striped bass or any other migrating/moving species.
