These regulations have nothing to do with ensuring patient safety and everything to do with limiting access to abortion. This is an underhanded method to deny a woman the right to choose to terminate her pregnancy, which is completely legal and within her right to do so. Abortion is a legal procedure and needs to be easily available to ALL women in Virginia.
