Your organization should only be concerned with protecting the health of women in Virginia --PERIOD.  Women need more access to affordable, high quality health care, not less.

These TARP regulations are a political maneuver to restrict access to safe, legal medical procedures. They will increase the cost of needed services and do nothing to protect patient safety.
