The TRAP regulations are truly objectionable.

I am disappointed that the Board of Health has proposed these regulations. They do nothing to protect patient safety; rather, they are a back door attempt to restrict access to a safe, legal medical procedure. DOCTORS should be helping patients make decisions, NOT bureaucrats.
