After teaching many years in gifted education, I've heard many ideas for new plans.  The best plans would be to have the Gifted programs across the state come together so as to have more consistency in each of the counties.  The review of programs yearly seems to be a "make work" problem for everyone concerned.  We need more time in the classroom with the students, not more paperwork.  Jeannie Newell
