It will be unfair to limit the hours to 40 hours per week. I'm a single parent to my son who is 7 years old with Autism and ADHD, he also has other health issues. I'm taking care of him around the clock. And it's extremely difficult to find a caregiver for him mainly because of the low pay. I've been looking for many years now with no luck on finding one.

I quit my job to provide care for my son around the clock. So, limiting the hours to only 40 hours a week will make it impossible to survive and pay the bills with a special need child.

Weekly hours should be based on the child needs and every child is different. So please to keep this in mind.
