Having to find a person to be the EOR is not easy easy for everyone, my family moved out of state from where the rest of our family is and I'm not comfortable just handing over my personal information to just anyone. It also is crazy to give a 40 hour limit when the time to care for these individuals is why more. My child is round the clock care. Other states have this figured out I don't get why that can't be the same here. It's sad.
