Not sure how I can staff 170 days off school as a recent widow? There are no daycare options for disabled teens? We need more than 40 hours when our kids require supervision at all times for about 170 days a year when they don’t go to school. Our kids have more hours because of high medical needs. My kids require a team. Even with myself and  aids working a few hours here and there it’s hard to staff. I can deal with the silly and time consuming logging in, documenting and I have a nonrelated eor as a widow but this is way more than a 40 hour job.
