Not allowing the other parent or LRI be the EOR will hurt my family and countless others. Our family hasn’t been able to find an attendant for many reasons. With the proposed changes we would have to find someone outside our home to act as EOR. Not every family has support or anyone willing to go through the overly complicated process outside of the home. Please reconsider this unnecessary change.
