Training and education benefit for cd and dd services

I feel since the wages are so low for aides and there is a shortage of medical professionals, training to increase skills and become medical professionals should be provided as a benefit for attendants.
Coordinating with local community colleges to have work related skills at a free or discounted rate would ensure less turnover, more well equipped staff. It would provide the Opportunity for someone to make the medical field a career instead of a fill in temporary position until something better comes along.
Either free classes that you don’t get credit for unless you work for a certain amount of time or more pay once the classes are completed. We need an incentive to make people want to go to work in home to help those in need. A future job with a wage rate that could be increased would help out our economy, our community based services and our medical system.
