Efficiency and cost-effectiveness - Keep Parents as the EOR!

Efficiency and cost-effectiveness are essential considerations when managing the child's employment-related matters. With the other parent as the Employer of Record (EOR), it eliminates the need to engage a third-party service provider, such as an external EOR or a separate legal guardian. This streamlined approach minimizes administrative complexities and associated expenses, optimizing the financial resources available for the child's well-being and development. Moreover, it ensures a direct and transparent flow of information between the parent, the child, and the relevant authorities, enabling swift decision-making and problem-solving. By consolidating these roles, the other parent can effectively manage the child's employment affairs while maintaining financial prudence, benefiting the child's overall welfare.

Opting for the other parent to continue as the Employer of Record (EOR) promotes a sense of empowerment and self-sufficiency for both the parent and the child. By taking on this dual role, the other parent demonstrates their commitment to actively engaging in their child's development and prospects. They can serve as a role model, showing the child the importance of being responsible, accountable, and proactive in their professional endeavors. This shared experience fosters a stronger parent-child bond and equips the child with valuable life skills and a sense of independence. It empowers them to navigate the world of work confidently, knowing that their parents are there to guide and support them every step of the way.
