Please scrap the new EOR rule. Families will have to go and find someone who is not a relative to act as an EOR.  For those who don't have many friends whom they can trust, what is their recourse? It exposes the Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of not only the child but also of the parents and other care givers of the child.  

The 40 hour limit is not correct. If a child is authorized for 56 hours then why can't a LRI provide care for all 56 hours? With the tight labor market, there aren't many takers for attendant jobs at the hourly rate set by the law makers.
