Pay increases for 'ROS'.  If you live near northern Virginia, everything costs as much as nova because of how many of them move out to rural areas to be near interstate, etc .  So rents, housing, gas prices, groceries, electricity all are same cost as Fredericksburg to Alexandria.  Also, hours should go back up and/or hourly pay rate.   If McDonald's employee gets $15 an hr, care attendants should too.    And parents and spouses should've been able from day one to be a paid care attendant.   Thank you
