Please reconsider using the EVV system for Parents paid caregivers. So many of them are taking care of their children so many more hours then being logged that remembering to log in and out each shift is going to be harder. It isn’t like they are just entering the house like an outside attendant and exciting the house so the reminder is there. 
Another thing a parent that is the attendant the other parent that has been an EOR for years shouldn’t have to change. You are asking a lot to find someone to do an Unpaid role of EOR and many of us do not have anyone else.
