Although I am grateful that this program will continue I am concerned that I will not be able to find a non relative EOR that is willing to put in so much effort for free.  The paperwork alone to get initially approved for this program was a nightmare.  Background checks and so much personal information available to the potential EOR has got to be a violation of HIPPA. I just feel like its making this nearly impossible.  And why the 40 hour cap on hours? This is a never ending job and it's so hard to find nurses because we live in such a rural area.  Please consider amending these issues.
