Majority of our kiddos have sleep issue which makes this 40 hour thing a joke at times. It's not that I am not grateful but the cap definitely needs to increase. With so many co-morbidities, our kids's needs are very demanding and complex. It has been close to impossible to find someone to deal with that and take care of my kid. Let parents be caregivers, increase the hours, let consumer directed stay, let the waivers be and let the parents breathe.........
