As a native to Virginia, I do not like the way we are headed environmentally. RGGI has proven its own effectiveness over the last few years, it has been beneficial since its inception. When looking at values and data, there is NO legitimate reason to revoke RGGI. Eliminating its implementation will further increase our levels of pollution and steer us away from common sense approaches to rectifying modern day issues. It’s one step in the right direction, but revoking it would be five steps backwards.
