RGGI protects the people of Virginia. It would be foolish and short sided to go backwards.  Particularly at this time of more intense storms, drought, flooding and erratic weather. We need to work together to solve climate issues and RGGI provides solutions by joining with other states to do so. STAY IN RGGI!
