The Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) increases costs impacting marginalized populations as well as all Virginians. It accomplishes nothing in reguards to addressing polution of our environment. It's past due time we leave this detremental program and chart a course for a more stable and sustainable energy future by leveraging existing clean, dependable technologies such as nuclear.
