Dear Governor Youngkin and associates,

I am opposed to the unlawful repeal of Virginia's participation in RGGI.  What could be more important than reducing fossil fuel emissions at this critical point in global warming?  We need to do everything we can to protect our environment and also the health and well-being of the citizens of Virginia.  Decreasing pollution means fewer asthma attacks, premature births and missed days of school and work.  

Virginia needs to honor it's commitment to the environment and it's people and stay in RGGI.
