Removing Virginia from RGGI has TOO MANY Unintended Adverse Impacts

We will lose funding to address disastrous flooding throughout the state, lack of energy access, and aging (or more likely already past useful life) infrastructure among other challenges. This will deplete accessible job opportunities throughout the state, across many industries. This doesn't even address the human toll both long-term and short-term that will be felt in loss of land due to flooding, vacating homes (and the state) due to irreparable damage to homes and unsuitable living conditions, and continuously degrading conditions for the agricultural community....shall I go on. Abandoning RGGI in Virginia is irresponsible and the effects will be felt by posterity.
