My sister has had to flee forest fires in Colorado. My brother's house in Houston was flooded and had to be replaced.  Another sister lost her house near Baton Rouge due to a tree falling on her house in a storm.  It is just a matter of time before climate change impacts Virginians directly with severe consequences.  Virginians can't afford to undo what little Virginia has done to address climate change.  Virginia must stay in RGGI.
