Virginia voters put the folks in office who passed the law to be part or the RGGI agreement. The idea that the Governor can repeal it on his own is authoritarian, and anti- democratic, and also shortsighted and dangerous. The latest UN report says we need extreme action to avoid the worst effects of climate change, and now Youngkin wants to repeal something that puts us in right direction! What a boneheaded decision! Please do the right thing and ignore this dummy for our kid’s sakes.
